Pavetech Limited is fully owned by Principal Engineer Mr Maling Ambranga and works with a consortium of highly qualified engineers and technical specialists as each assignment requires.
The company has served as a sub-consultant to Insight Project Delivery on PNG LNG tax-credit infrastructure and continues to provide project-management consultancy for Ok Tedi Mining Limited road upgrading and sealing projects.
Our teams support clients in Madang, Port Moresby, Tabubil, Hela, Western Highlands, Western and Jiwaka, with the capacity to mobilise elsewhere.

Mr Maling Ambranga
Principal Engineer & Team Leader
Mr Ambranga holds Bachelor’s and postgraduate Master of Engineering degrees in Civil Engineering from the Papua New Guinea University of Technology. His career spans the Department of Works and Highways and the mining sector, from graduate engineer to Regional Works Manager and Acting Assistant Secretary Contracts.
His experience covers government procurement, project programming, contract administration, road maintenance, construction supervision and PNG pavement materials. His specialist interest led to Pavetech’s establishment of materials-testing laboratories for stronger quality assurance and control.
